Do points expire?
Nope! Points earned by making purchases at HIGHLY never expire.
Where are my points?
It can take up to 48 hours for points from a purchase to appear in your Loyalty wallet.
I know I signed up but it says I don’t have an account. What’s going on?
You might need to opt in! If you signed up for HIGHLY Loyalty via a QR code you should have received a text asking you to confirm your enrollment. Try texting START to 207.857.6850.
